Executive Committee

The Executive Committee of the Protective Security Industry association comprises of the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Secretary, Deputy secretary, Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer and four (4) additional members elected by members at the Annual General meeting.

Eligibity :- Only directors who are shareholders of their respective companies are eligible for election as officials of the executive committee. The chairman, secretary and the treasurer are eligible to hold the office for a maximum period of three years. The chairman chairs all the General Meetings of the association and those of the executive committee and generally guide the meetings proceedings.

Trustees :- The trustees of the Association are nominated and eleceted at the annual general meeting to serve for a three (3) year term. The property of the Association is vested on the Trustees . The work of the trustees is to deal with the association property as directed by the resolution of the members at a general meeting.
